Return Eligibility
Only items purchased directly from WhiteHouseGifts.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Must be in new condition

Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

How to Start a Return
Email customerservice@whitehousegifts.com to request a return authorization before sending any items back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos to assist with the claim.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns missing components or not in original condition may receive a partial refund

Credit card refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Shipping & Delivery Notes
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Oversized or heavy items may incur additional delivery charges. We may require a signature for orders over $100.
International shipping is not currently available.
Return Abuse
Excessive or abusive return activity may result in refusal of future returns.
