RETURN POLICY
Only items purchased from www.whitehousegifts.com may be returned within 30 days to the address below. All returned items must have been unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Videos and DVDs may only be returned if in their original unopened packaging. For personalized products please review your custom order carefully as personalized items are not returnable.
To return an item(s), please follow 5 easy steps:
Place the item(s) (in the condition in which it was received) in its original packaging.
Place packaged item(s) in the shipping box.
Complete include a note regarding the reason for your return.
Indicate whether you are requesting a refund, replacement or exchange.

For your protection, we recommend you insure your package for shipping. Additionally, please record any carrier tracking information to verify your returned merchandise reaches our correct return address. Orders with a value over $100 require a signature at the time of delivery.
Returns are normally processed within 72 hours of receipt. Refunds are made to the purchaser using the original method of payment. If you originally used a credit card for your purchase, your merchandise credit will appear on your card statement within 1-2 billing cycles. Shipping and gift-wrapping costs are not refundable.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS - Discounts are not applicable to the Official White House Ornaments. Discounts for volume purchases are available. A $300.00 minimum order having an order quantity of 20 or more per item is required. Sorry, in fairness to all our customers, we are unable to offer discounts on items that are in limited supply.
